All the products in our hampers and gift bags are subject to availability and seasonal variations. We will always try to include the listed products or we will replace them with equally delicious and suitable alternatives.
In the unlikely event of damaged goods, the purchaser should contact the Organic Hamper Company within 3 days of receipt of goods. Damaged goods much be returned to us, suitably packaged and the Organic Hamper Company will replace or refund the items.
Returns and Refunds
We want you to be completely happy with your purchases and the service we provide. We offer a full refund if you are not entirely satisfied with your hamper or gift bag.
You have the right to cancel the contract up to 7 working days after delivery. Please contact us to inform us that you would like to cancel and then please return the goods in the original packaging and we will refund the value of the goods in full.
The Organic Hamper Company collects the information provided by the Purchaser at the time of ordering and uses this information lawfully and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. Information is collected by the Organic Hamper Company to process the Purchaser’s order and also to provide the highest level of customer service possible. Under no circumstances will personal details including email addresses be passed onto any third party companies.
